We Started Polly Because Keller Homeowners Deserved Better
Most plumbing companies in North Texas operate the same way. You call, you wait, someone arrives in an unmarked truck, hands you a number you did not expect, and leaves before you fully understand what was done or why. If something goes wrong later, you start the whole process over again.
Polly Plumbing exists because that model is not good enough for the homeowners we serve.
We built Polly around a simple idea: the people who trust us with their homes deserve a plumber who shows up on time, explains what is happening in plain language, quotes the complete price before touching anything, and stands behind the work after the truck leaves. That idea sounds obvious. In practice, it turns out to be rare.
Based in Keller. Built for Tarrant County.
We are not a franchise. We are not a call center that dispatches whoever is available. Polly Plumbing is a locally owned plumbing company based in Keller, Texas, serving homeowners across Keller, Southlake, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Arlington, and throughout Tarrant and Denton Counties.
We know this area specifically. We know that Tarrant County water runs 15 to 25 grains per gallon of hardness and what that means for your water heater, your pipes, and your fixtures over time. We know the outdoor appliance boom in Keller and Southlake that has quietly pushed gas line capacity to its limits in thousands of homes. We know the 1970s and 1980s construction that put clay sewer lines and aging copper under the slabs of neighborhoods that look pristine on the surface. Local knowledge is not a marketing phrase for us. It is the difference between a plumber who fixes what you called about and one who sees what is coming next.
The People Who Do the Work
Polly’s licensed master plumbers are Kevin Noerr, Marc Ortega, and Brent Applegate. Between them they bring over 45 years of North Texas plumbing experience. All three hold Master Plumber licenses through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. All three live in the communities they serve.
When you book a Polly service call, you get a text with a photo of the plumber who is on the way before they ever knock on your door. You will know who is coming. They will know your situation. The service summary they leave with you documents what was found, what was done, what it cost, and what to watch for next.
We do not send whoever is available. We send the right person.
Why the Parrot?
Polly the Parrot is our mascot and she earns her place. A parrot repeats what it hears. Polly Plumbing repeats back to you exactly what the job will cost, exactly what will be done, and exactly what we found, before and after every service call. No surprises. No fine print revealed at the invoice stage. No work started without your written agreement.
That transparency is what the parrot means to us. You will always know what Polly is going to say.

The Polly Promise
You get a text with your plumber’s photo before every visit. You get a written quote before any work begins. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. You get a written service summary after every visit. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
That is what plumbing for people who expect more looks like in practice.
