Installed ION+ on my tankless water heater, fixed water leak under the sink and in a bathroom faucet.

Best service experience in years. Communication was “spot on”! Faced with a plumbing issue leaving me very frustrated, Daniel stepped in and walked me thru the entire process. Turned into a bigger problem but he explained everything to me, provided me various options and assured me he would come back and get everything working for me. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber you can’t go wrong with Polly Plumbing. Found my new go to plumbing company. I dont Typically post reviews but I could Not let this one pass without sharing.

I can’t say enough about the team at Polly Plumbing especially Brent who did my tankless water heater install and came out a number of times to help with the issues. Top notch honest plumbing company.

Timely and excellent service. Got everything done that I needed to get done which I had been cumulating for over a year (kitchen garbage disposal repair, changing shower heads, creating an additional water outlet and drain outlet for an extra water dryer combination). Pricing on par with the area and current market around Southlake Colleyville area for the most part but they were upfront and clear about it before work began.
